I'm taking part in Kidney Care UK's October Dog Walking Challenge. I'll be walking 32.5 miles across the month with my furry pal for the 3.25 million people living with stages 3-5 chronic kidney disease in the UK.

I am extremely grateful to be well into my Tolvaptan medication journey, in a hope to slow the decline of my Polycystic Kidney Disease. I hope that in the future, along with much needed funding for Kidney Care and other PKD charities the future can be less scary for everyone faced with a chronic kidney disease.

I hope to never need dialysis or a kidney transplant, but while I’m fit and healthy if I can help to increase these crucial funds in case I, or a close family member or friend, need these treatments in the future then I will be forever thankful for your help 🥰
