Story
The situation in Gaza right now is catastrophic – and entirely avoidable. Air raids and bombings continue around the clock, and vital supplies are running out. As of mid-January, over 25,000 Palestinians have been killed.
With no ceasefire, an ongoing siege and a looming ground offensive, the people of Gaza face the impossible choice of fleeing without a guarantee of safety or remaining at risk of death.
On Monday 26 February, RSA colleagues are taking part in a sponsored 25 mile walk to mirror the 25-mile-long Gaza strip, which has historically been the epicentre of humanitarian devastation and increasingly so over the last 100 days.
Human Appeal is working on the ground to provide humanitarian relief to displaced Palestinians, including first aid, water, food and shelter.
Donate to our RSA fundraising page if you would like to support the cause.
