This challenge is to raise money for our close friends and colleagues who are affected by Motor Neurone Disease. Thank you for supporting them, whilst we give the Lake and Peak challenge our best shot!

The Longest Lake, Highest Peak Challenge!

1st June: Rich will swim the length of the lake and back (9km). Mel will run the circumference (c.21km) of Llyn Tegid lake, nr. Bala, North Wales.

2nd June: Rich and Mel will get up very early to hike to the top of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon), and back again (c. 14km)

31st August: Rich will swim the length of Windemere (18km!). Mel will run the length of Windemere, Lake District (c.42km).

1st September: Rich and Mel will get up very early to hike to the top of Scafell Pike and back again (c.9km).
