A number of our ladies from our running club, including myself, have been training hard in readiness to take part in Velindre Cancer Charity's beloved Castle 2 Castle fun run!

Some will jeff, some will jog or run but we will get to the finish and help raise money for this fantastic charity, who has supported family and friends.

This is one of South Wales’ most cherished running events—a scenic 10.5-mile journey between two of the region’s most iconic landmarks, Caerphilly Castle and Cardiff Castle. Over the past 11 years, this beloved fun run has brought communities together while raising vital funds for Velindre, helping the Hospital of Hope continue its incredible work in supporting patients and their families across Wales.
