Lifecentre is a West Sussex-based charity dedicated to supporting those whose lives have been deeply affected by unwanted sexual experiences. For 25 years, Lifecentre has been a vital place of support, safety, and hope for thousands of survivors across West Sussex.

This year marks a huge milestone – 25 years of supporting survivors on their journey of transformation. To celebrate, we’re inviting you to be a part of something meaningful by raising funds this May.

I'm taking part in the 5x5 Challenge and throughout May I will do the following:

5 mile Walk

25 kilometres cycle

Swim 5 kilometres

Run 5 kilometres

And complete a deadlift Challenge.
