Story
When I was diagnosed with cancer, my first thought wasn’t about me — it was my kids.
I was scared…so scared of what it meant for them, and scared to tell my parents that their child has cancer.
After nearly a year of treatment, tests, pain and everything in between, one thought never left me — I couldn’t even imagine one of my babies going through this.
That’s why I’ve decided to turn something so traumatic into something positive.
Last year, I raised £9,000 for breast cancer.
This year, I’m raising money for children with cancer, supporting Great Ormond Street Hospital.
It breaks me knowing children are going through this kind of pain. And while the NHS funds the hospital, GOSH relies heavily on charitable donations to provide life-changing care, research, and support for children and their families.
I’ve got something special planned, I’ll be running a 5K (which is a big deal for me!) and organising a charity event.
In the meantime, this page is where it starts — bringing people together to make a difference.
If you can donate, share, or support in any way, it would honestly mean the world 💛
