CNTW EIP teams and service users and embarking on an exciting form of adventure therapy, - the VOYAGE TO RECOVERY- sailing on a yacht from Whitehaven to Troon this summer. We are hoping to raise funds for SHINE, who have made this trip possible as sadly the trip is not within the budget of the NHS. We have both been fortunate to go on the voyage in previous years and have witnessed first hand the life changing impact it is has on patients.

SHINE provide the "little bit extra" for our patients in many different ways.

We are both sporty but we are absolutely not runners! We actually hate running and so this is a big challenge for us both! Jo has completed the GNR once before- 13 years ago and vowed never to run it again.
