As many of you know I had an op to remove Breast Cancer in March this year followed by 5 days Radiotherapy. It was picked up super early with a mammogram (before I could feel anything). 5 days Radiotherapy is quite a new development following research. There is still loads to learn about cancer generally and breast cancer more specifically.

Dear friends please seriously consider attending mammogram appointments and keep checking regularly to maximise your awareness and choice!! Approx' 80% of Breast cancer occurs in women over 50! Its the most common cancer for women.

Breast Cancer Now's wear it pink day is one of the biggest fundraising events in the UK. Taking place in October during Breast Cancer Awareness Month, thousands of amazing people will wear it pink in their workplaces, communities or schools to help make life-changing breast cancer research and support happen.
