Having worked alongside Capability Scotland for the past 18months I have witnessed the incredible impact the charity has. Having recently started swimming again for my mental health, I've decided to challenge myself even further!

Capability Scotland is proud to have teamed up with Olympic athlete and swimmer, Dan Wallace to bring this exciting New Year's fundraising challenge: Swim the Distance!

I will be swimming 20k to help raise funds for the Our Inclusive Community Project's vital hydrotherapy pool. This pool brings pain relief, exercise, and a vast array of benefits to the people we support and the wider community in Perth and Tayside.
