The staff of the Literacy Pirates are bravely taking on the challenge of running the Hackney Half Marathon in May 2023 and you can support them here!

The Literacy Pirates is an educational charity, making a transformational impact on the lives of children who are falling behind at school. They provide a year-long Learning Programme that is proven to develop childrens literacy, confidence and perseverance, getting them back on track with age-related expectations and teaching them the skills to succeed in school and beyond.
