As this personal challenge is the hardest I have set for myself I felt that this is the one to raise money and awareness for Mind Charity and mental health. The acknowledgement of mental health problems is sometimes still deemed to be shameful and i would like to try and change that. Everyone experiencing a mental health problem should get the support and respect they deserve and Mind Charity help with this.
