I'm joining the ''NPA (National Pharmacy Association) 10k every day in February challenge'' to raise funds for Heart UK

As I spend my working day either sat at a desk or behind the wheel, 10K isn't going to be easy, but I'm committed to achieving 10k per day and maybe more (if the sun is shining!)
