The ability to get around is vital in order to live a full life yet thousands of people with sight loss never leave home alone. We empower visually impaired people to do that and rely on the support of the public to fund the guide dog service.

Story

Becca, my daughter who is 18 on the day of the TCS London Marathon has kindly offered to guide me to raise money for Guide Dogs. This adventure is to celebrate/commemorate my previous four guide dogs: Blue who started working in 1986, Glade who started with me in 2000, Patsy (who previously had a litter of 10 pups) who was with me from 2009 and Danny who started working in 2015 and also became my running buddy. I am currently training with my fifth dog Spike.
