Maggie and Fiona will be completing a 10-mile walk between Douglas and Peel in the Isle of Man to help raise funds for Pahar Trust Nepal's 'Walk For Nepal' campaign.

All donations received will help raise the remaining funds needed (£10,000) to support the rebuilding of two schools in hard-to-reach communities in rural Nepal:

- Shree Ganesh Himal Basic School in Dobhan village in the Gorkha district (27 students aged from early years to 8 years old); and

- Shree Latakunja Basic School high in the mountainous region of Lamjung (104 students ranging from early years to age 15).

Both schools have buildings that are in a poor state of repair, requiring demolition and to be rebuilt to earthquake-resilient standards. The projects will ensure that these young people can continue their education in a safe and inspiring school, helping them to reach their full potential.
