Why I'm Taking the Leap...
On 23 September 2026, I'll be taking on one of the biggest challenges of my life – a tandem skydive from 13,000 feet at Netheravon with the Royal Engineers Sports Skydive Team!
I'll be jumping alongside serving Royal Engineers, and while it will be an unforgettable experience, I'm doing it for a cause that's incredibly close to my heart.
I'm dedicating this fundraiser to the memory of my beloved Grandpa, Brigadier CBE John Barford Wilks, Royal Engineers, and my wonderful Granny, "Sue" Wilks. They are both deeply loved and greatly missed! Forever part of the Sapper family.
I'm raising money for The Sapper Charity, which provides lifelong support to serving Royal Engineers, veterans, and their families. Whether it's financial assistance, welfare support, help during illness, recovery, hardship, or times of crisis, the charity stands beside members of the Royal Engineer family whenever they need it most.
Taking this leap is my way of honouring my grandparents' legacy and giving something back to the wider Sapper family that has supported so many!!!
If you're able to support me, I'd be truly grateful. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help The Sapper Charity continue its vital work supporting those who have served, those still serving, and the families who stand beside them.
Thank you for your support!!!!
