On Tuesday March 19th 2024 our world was turned upside down when our youngest daughter was diagnosed with the rare and life threatening illness called Aplastic Anaemia.

After several terrifying months Erica won her fight.

Every step of the way the Aplastic Anaemia Trust were incredible and offered us a huge amount of support, two incredible care packages for both Erica and her sister as well as being a constant source of support, guidance and information.

So, in order to try and raise funds for the Aplastic Anaemia Trust I am arranging a walk from Tamworth Castle to Brindley Place utilising the entire length of the Birmingham Fazeley Canal.

The route will be roughly 17 miles and I would love as many people as possible to get involved in the walk itself as well as raising funds for this incredible charity.
