Hi everyone, This will be my 5th and final Ironman wales, so i want to go out in style and raise some money at the same time, Ty Hafan is a children charity that does wonderful work for all the families that rely on them. ive seen first hand the work that they do, so if anyone can spare even £1 it will make a big difference.
