We are all running the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2024 in memory of our Dad’s, Andrew and Paul, who both sadly passed away in recent years.

Both Andrew and Paul had a long standing battle with alcohol dependence which is why we have chosen to run for the charity alcohol change. This charity aims to raise awareness around alcohol use and ensure people drink as a conscious choice and not as a default or coping mechanism.

Alcohol change see the link between mental health and alcohol usage and offer support to people without judgement, we hope by running this half marathon and raising money for Alcohol Change it will raise awareness and enable someone to access the support they need.

Andrew and Paul are deeply missed by so many and is evident of the ripple effect alcohol dependence have not just on the person but their families and friends too.
