Hi everyone,

In April this year, I lost my brother, Kieran, at just 28 after a long battle with his mental health. It’s something my family and I are still trying to come to terms with. Kieran was such a kind, talented and funny person and I miss him everyday. I wanted to do something positive in his memory by raising money for a charity that supports people and families affected by alcohol harm

On August 29th 2026, I’ll be taking on a skydive to raise money for Alcohol Change UK and the incredible work they do supporting people and families affected by alcohol harm.

Kieran was always an adrenaline junkie, so jumping out of a plane feels like a fitting way to remember him while raising money for a cause that means a lot to me and my family.

Alcohol Change UK works to reduce the harm caused by alcohol, raise awareness of alcohol misuse, and support people and families affected by it. They’re also behind campaigns such as Dry January and Alcohol Awareness Week.
