Story

In November 2024 we lost our beautiful boy Henry 🐶 it was truly heartbreaking. Henry was our 1st baby. Henry soon adapted to the big brother role when his first human brother Arthur came along. He was always so kind, gentle and patient. When his little sister Rose came along he loved to play ball and be used as a Horsey for her.

Berty our bog boy! Beautiful Berty suddenly died 3 months later on Valentine’s Day. We truly believed his heart was broken from the loss of Henry. Berty really was our Therapy Dog. He was so daft, loved to be my running partner, so soft and funny! Arthur and Rose loved their bog boy Berty.

In April, I will (hopefully!) complete my first Marathon! This is extremely daunting! I’m up at 5am to for a training run in before work and mum life, I am grumpy and tired. But worst of all my training partner Berty is no longer here to help me through it. I am training alone.

My boys were everything to me. We always said they should be Therapy Dogs. Dogs can communicate to humans like nobody else. A hug from a dog and a comfort really does make everything better!

I have decided to help me keep going and stay focused by putting the pressure on to do this for my boys 🐶 🐶

I really would love to help an amazing charity such as Therapy Dogs. To help those with serious illnesses, suffering from loneliness or those that struggle to communicate the love of a dog.

Thank you so much for reading my background, I really would appreciate any donation ♥️
