Story

The Mark Hill Memorial Tournament

Southsea Badminton Club is hosting an open charity tournament to celebrate the life of local badminton player Mark Hill, who sadly and suddenly passed away in October 2019.

We’re asking the Portsmouth badminton community to come together and enter teams for our Mark Hill Memorial Tournament on Saturday 18 November, raising money for the British Heart Foundation.

Donate in Mark's memory

For all those unable to join us on the day but want to commemorate Mark, we've also set up this JustGiving page for any donations.

We will be donating all proceeds from the tournament to BHF via this page too, so that together we can all show our appreciation for Mark's brilliant contribution to the sport.

Thank you so much for your support.
