On September 15th I will be cycling on a mountain bike from London to Brighton to raise funds for MDA.

I have chosen to dust off my bike and get back into the saddle for the first time since 2017 to support the wonderful team at MDA UK and the important and necessary work that they do.

Magen David Adom UK is the British fundraising arm supporting Israel's only national emergency medical, disaster, ambulance, and blood bank service. And now a human milk bank, too.

MDA UK also gives aid to other equivalent organisations around the world, providing urgent medical care to civilians irrespective of their nationality, religion, ethnic origin, age, disability, sexual orientation or political affiliation.

Please give generously so that MDA can continue to save more lives.
