I will be taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise awareness and donations for Shine Charity. Shine supports families impacted by Spina Bifida.

My niece Beth and her partner Charlie have recently had a little boy, Harrison. He has been born with Spina Bifida and is progressing every day with the support of Shine.

We are running as a family to support this great cause and any donations are much appreciated. If you are unable to donate, please share far and wide.

Training going well although now realise why I ride a bike & don’t run😩. Completed my first 5KM crawl & all good.
