Adam Rogers was killed in a one punch assault in 2009, following his death his family set up a Charity called Every Action Has Consequences with the aim to prevent this from happening again. The Charity work with local schools, colleges and prisons to tell Adams story in the hope it can prevent another such tragic event taking place in the future.

This year would have been Adams 40th Birthday and the Charity are doing all they can to raise the profile of the Charity and continue the good work they have done over the years.

Adam’s dad sadly passed but his Mum Pat continues to drive the charity forward with the help of the trustees. Whilst you cannot measure prevention every penny raised will go to a very worthwhile charity.

I will be running the Great North Run in September and the Chicago Marathon in October in his memory and to raise as much money as possible for a brilliant local charity
