We are a dedicated team participating in the Home-Start Wessex Plane Pull 2026, a sporting event taking place on 31 August 2026. Our mission is to support families with young children in Dorset who face challenges such as poor mental health, postnatal depression, disability, domestic abuse, bereavement, isolation, financial hardship, and multiple births. Home-Start Wessex provides friendship, practical and emotional support to these families to help them grow in confidence and strengthen their relationships with their children.

The need for this support is urgent and ongoing. Childhood cannot wait, and every family deserves the best possible start in life. By participating in this event and raising funds, we aim to contribute towards Home-Start Wessex's vital work of widening community links and ensuring that no family faces these difficulties alone.
