Story
On Friday 26 June 2026, ALABARÉ will host its first ever BIG Sleep at St Paul’s Cathedral, bringing people together in a powerful act of solidarity for veterans facing homelessness.
I am officially joining this landmark campaign — a movement committed to ensuring no veteran is left without a home, support, or hope.
Please join me in supporting this extraordinary event.
Why I am Sleeping Out
Veterans across the UK are experiencing a growing homelessness crisis:
2,270 veteran households in England are homeless or at risk
An estimated 7,500 veterans UK-widewide are homeless or in emergency accommodation
13,231 people slept rough in London last year, including many former service personnel
ALABARÉ has seen a 121% increase in veterans needing urgent support.
ALABARÉ's service provides safe, suitable accommodation alongside tailored support for vulnerable people, with an integrated approach, that addresses the complex challenges its clients face. They help homeless veterans work towards recovery and independence.
This campaign exists because these numbers aren’t just statistics — they’re people who served our nation and deserve better.
Please help me raise money for this amazing Charity in support of disadvantaged Veterans.
