We are a local charity providing help and support for people in North Lincolnshire affected by mental health problems. We offer both 1:1 and group support and focus on supporting people to improve their quality of life and develop more effective ways of coping with their mental health. Our small team of staff and volunteers provide a range of services from informal Peer Support sessions through to more structured sessions such as Wellness Recovery Action Planning. We can also provide a range of Coping with Life courses and a variety of other training such as Mental Health First Aid We are proud to be affiliated to Mind, the national mental health charity.
