This December, I’m taking on a running Christmas Advent Calendar, it is simple enough to explain;

I’ll run the same number of kilometres each day as the date of the month, from 1 km on the 1st to 24 km on Christmas Eve.

I’m doing this to raise funds for Specialist Palliative Care at North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust—a team whose work our family have come to appreciate in a very personal way.
