On the 6th of July I will be tackling the legendry Fan Dance, the original SAS Test march, to raise vital funds for M.A.S.H.

This 14 mile route up over Pen Y Fan and back covering 3400 feet of elevation is going to be completed with a 35lb (16kg) Bergan plus food & 6 litres of water. Total loaded weight is 23 kgs.

M.A.S.H is an independent charity who has no paid roles and is run purely by volunteers. It provides activities and events that combat social isolation within the Armed Forces Community along with the provision of immediate crisis and long term support for those most vulnerable

All funds raised for M.A.S.H go back out to supporting local Armed Forces communities with the the provision of activities and events to combat social isolation reducing the impact upon mental health and the provision of care support packages including heating and food.
