I’m taking on my very first 10K — and pushing myself every step of the way through training to make it count. This run also marks a special milestone for me, as it completes the sports section of my Silver Duke of Edinburgh Award.

To make this moment even more meaningful, I’m hoping to raise funds for Ashgate Hospice, a charity that provides incredible care and support to those who need it most.
