In 2025 we mark 80 years since VE & VJ Day, honouring the bravery of the Royal Marines and all who served in WWII. Their motto, "Per Mare, Per Terram" (By Sea, By Land), speaks to their courage and determination to complete the mission - whatever it takes.

📌 Our Story

At Plan Ahead Programme Management, employing former Royal Marine Commandos has shown us the real impact and value they bring to our team. Their Commando Ethos - Excellence, Integrity, Self-Discipline, Humility, Courage, Determination, Unselfishness, and Cheerfulness, has enriched our culture and strengthened team cohesion.

To build on our relationship with the RMA – The Royal Marines Charity, and to give back to those who served past and present, we’re taking on a team challenge.

🗻 The Challenge

On 11 October 2025, the Plan Ahead team will hike, boulder, and climb both Tryfan and Glyder Fach in Snowdonia National Park, back-to-back. With soft marshy approaches, peaks over 3,000 ft, and two grade 1 scrambles - it’s a real test of grit and teamwork!
