Soooo this has sort of escalated quickly...........................................

A comment from someone about the benefits of cold water earlier today got me thinking.

Then I saw the "Wheelie Bin"

Sooooo I'm going to take a cold-water dip in my Wheelie bin from today 2/1/2023 until the end of January.

Rules: minimum one dip a day, minimum 1 minute a dip.

So to the "Why / what for" I'm looking to raise some funds for Childrens Heart Surgery Fund, A charity very close to my family's hearts.

My daughter Lauren had unplanned open-heart surgery at less than a week old, without the research and support offered to the NHS by charities such as CHSF Lauren and many others alike her may well not be here today.

This is my tiny way of trying to say thank you 10 and a bit years on.

Anything you can give will be gratefully received.
