I’m fundraising in support of a CTM NHS Charity project to renovate the Emergency Department staff room and courtyard at Royal Glamorgan Hospital.

Emergency Department staff work in one of the most pressured environments in the NHS, caring for people at their most vulnerable. This project will help create a calm, restorative wellbeing space where staff can step away briefly, recharge, and remain close to clinical areas during shifts.

CTM NHS Charity helps make good things happen that core NHS funding cannot always provide. Donations to this campaign will directly support this staff wellbeing project, helping to sustain the people who care for our communities every day.
