A really good friend of mine has just been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer, one of the fittest people I have ever met. No one ever beats him to the top of a hill or mountain on a bike, it's just not happening!

We spoke about his diagnosis and luckily he has found it early which is great news but he would like to share his story to raise awareness and encourage everyone to get their prostate checked as it can be symptomless.
