I am running the Great North Run on 7th September for 2 great charities.

Age UK County Durham in memory of my mam who passed away last May - their help and support was massively important for my dad in the weeks and months that followed

Prostate Cancer UK - a great friend of mine has just been diagnosed with Prostate Cancer and would like to raise awareness via this amazing charity
