Winters story...

Our Son Winter has been battling with severe epilsepy for almost 2 years, with one round of brain surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital in June 2024, another planned for December 2025 and hopefully a final procedure scheduled in the next 6-9 months. We are optimistic that the final outcome will be Winter living a seizure free life, whilst being fully cognitive and mobile. Winter has approximately 15 seizures a month, which in itself is a tiring existence, but also regularly slips into seizure cycles hitting 50+ seizures a day over periods of weeks. Great Ormond Street Hospital and St Peters Hospital have provided unbelievable treatment and support throughout this entire journey, and its time to give back.

I will be hiking 100km from London to Brighton (2.35 marathons!) in under 24 hours to show my support, and would appreciate any donation possible. We want to show Great Ormond Street how truly amazing they are, and to provide critical financial support to enable them to keep saving childrens lives every day.
