Story

Chestnut Tree House is a children’s charity providing hospice care and community support for children and young people with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions.

There are hundreds of children and young people in your local community who are unlikely to reach adulthood. And even more parents and family members who need care, help and support on their journey, as they don't know how long they will have together.

Your support helps families to spend time together. Precious moments that give a lifetime of memories.

My daughter Nellie Sunshine has a terminal, progressive brain disease and goes to this hospice. The bond she has with her hospice nurse Emma makes my heart happy. The events the hospice put on the and support and care we receive from Emma helps guide us during this heart breaking time. We want to give back as without these donations they can’t continue to do all the amazing work they do.

About the charity

Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for East Sussex, West Sussex, Brighton and Hove and South East Hampshire, caring for 300 children and young adults from 0-19 years of age every year, both at the hospice and in families’ own homes.
