Beth, alongisde her emotional support blankets, Meg and Court (it was completely their choice...promise!😅), are taking on the Castle 2 Castle challenge. We'll be running from Caerphilly Castle to Cardiff Castle, to raise money for Velindre Cancer Centre on Sunday 20th September.

At the beginning of the year, Beth's dad was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Since then, he has been receiving chemotherapy through Velindre, and their family has experienced first-hand the incredible care, kindness and support they provide, not just to patients, but to their families too.

We wanted to do something to give back and help support the amazing work Velindre does, so we've signed ourselves up for Castle 2 Castle. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help Velindre continue providing outstanding treatment, care and support to the people and families who need it most.
