This June, I am taking part in the Welsh 3 Peaks challenge where I’ll be conquering Yr Wyddfa, Cadair Idris and Pen-y-Fan all in one day in support of Tŷ Hafan 💚

Working at Tŷ Hafan, I see first-hand the real life impact that this incredible charity has on children who are living with life-shortening conditions, and on their families who are facing the unimaginable reality that their child will die.

Only 1 in 10 families in Wales whose children are living with life-shortening conditions are being supported by a children’s hospice.

I’m taking part in the Welsh 3 Peaks challenge to make sure that we can be there for every family that needs our support and to walk alongside them through life, death and beyond.
