Story
In January of this year, Melissa Chapa was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer — an aggressive and rare subtype that lacks the receptors most targeted medicine & therapies rely on.
Since then, Melissa has fought through 6 months of chemotherapy to attack the cancer ahead of the next phase. Surgery and radiation are still to come — the final stages meant to eliminate the disease for good. Every step has demanded strength and resilience, and she's met each one head-on! We are proud of her!
As our family walks this with her, any donations or proceeds offered in her support will go directly toward a grant in her name, dedicated to research aimed at eradicating Triple Negative Breast Cancer. We want this support to outlast her recovery — and fund the work that spares the next family this fight.
With our greatest appreciation,
Bob & Melissa Chapa
