As I lace up my running shoes and prepare to take on the Leeds 10K Marathon in 2025, I am filled with hope and determination. I am fundraising for the Children's Heart Surgery Fund, a cause so vital to the hearts of my closest family and friends, and of course, our little heart warrior Henry. Every step I take is fueled by the belief that together, we can continue to make a difference in the lives of these brave children and their families. With your support, we can provide vital resources and care for those in need. We have received so much support and care from this charity and want to make sure they're there for others, like us, in their time of need. CHSF have helped us with everything you can imagine, from bringing us Pyjamas and toiletries following an unexpected emergency admission, to funding our parents accommodation, helping with vouchers for a local supermarket to help with food during a long stay and just being there for us wholeheartedly whenever we've needed a shoulder to cry on or even someone to celebrate with.
