🚶 One Million Steps for UK for UNHCR

We’re taking on the One Million Step Challenge — and every step counts. This will be completed as one of our activities to support MORSE week!

As a team at Menzies Aviation, we’re committing to walking one million steps to raise funds for UK for UNHCR, supporting UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency.

One million steps might sound like a lot — but for millions of people around the world, long and uncertain journeys are a reality.

Today, over 100 million people have been forced to flee their homes due to conflict and crisis. Many have travelled extraordinary distances in search of safety.

Through this challenge, we want to turn movement into meaningful impact.

Every step we take will help raise funds for UNHCR’s life-saving humanitarian programmes — from emergency shelter and protection to education, healthcare and livelihood support that helps families rebuild their lives with dignity.

At Menzies Aviation, refugee inclusion is more than a campaign. Since the start of 2025, we have hired 60 refugees across our Mexico operations as part of our partnership with UK for UNHCR — creating real opportunities for stability and long-term inclusion.
