When people are forced to flee their homes, they need urgent support and a real opportunity to rebuild.

In May 2025, Menzies Aviation partnered with UK for UNHCR to strengthen our support for UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, through global fundraising and meaningful employment opportunities.

In Guadalajara, Mexico, we launched a local integration programme focused on socioeconomic inclusion through formal employment and community support. More than 50 refugees attended our first recruitment event, with over 20 offered employment on the day and a further 15 joining our teams shortly afterwards.

Since the start of 2025, we have successfully hired 60 refugees across our Mexico operations — providing not only jobs, but accommodation and reliable transport to support long-term inclusion.

Now, we are inviting our colleagues, partners and wider community to help us go further.
