Metro are pleased to be supporting the Group Charity Partner, Youth 4 Youth.

Youth4Youth help young people in the UK and further afield, to ensure they get the guidance and advice they need. Here's one of their youth mentors experience:

"Call came through from India from a young person who was subjected to domestic abuse from her parents. In India, the physical disciplining of children is not against the law, in fact had the caller contacted the police, the police would have supported the parents. But due to my shared knowledge of the culture, I was able to sympathise with the young person and offer specific advice to help. I'm happy to say we built a strong relationship due to our shared experiences."
