Story

I am taking part in the Run 60 Challenge in September to raise money for Crohn's and Colitis UK.
Crohn's is a lifelong condition where the body attacks itself, causing ulcers and inflammation in the gut. Right now, there is no cure and an estimated 500,000 people in the UK living with this.
My dad has Crohn's disease. His health declined in recent years, meaning he has a stoma and is fed artificially through total parental nutrition (TPN). Crohn's and Colitis UK are an amazing charity that raise awareness for Crohn's disease and work to improve the diagnosis and treatments. Any donations go towards vital research into a cure, and support those living with this.
I will be posting updates throughout September.
