DAY's mission is to empower young people to make positive change for themselves and their communities through the provision of a young person informed youth service. We do this through the delivery of a range of activities, where we aim to support young people during their adolescent transition to develop trusted relationships, make informed choices around key developmental areas and give them a sense of purpose and achievement.

We currently deliver youth work to over 800 young people aged between 6 – 18 in the areas of West Rainton, Pittington, Sherburn, Sherburn Hill, Bournmoor and Belmont within County Durham.
