On May 16th, I will have my second knee reconstruction surgery in less than 3 years. I am using this challenge to provide both a personal motivation for rehabilitation, while raising money for the incredible and compassionate care provided by Pilgrims Hospices. I will be hiking 36km in the Folkestone Downs Challenge, on Saturday 31 August 2024, regardless of where I stand in my own recovery!
