Story
Michael’s 84-Mile Challenge for German Shepherds
At 82 years young, Michael Naisbitt is taking on a huge challenge — walking 84 miles in 6 days along Hadrian’s Wall with his daughter Michelle. Normally you’d find him running marathons, but this time he’s “just warming up for the next one!”
Michael is doing this to raise vital funds for the German Shepherd Dog Welfare Fund, a charity close to his heart that rescues, rehabilitates, and rehomes these wonderful dogs.
Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference — and help Michael keep stepping forward for the dogs who need it most.A few other ideas-
• “Because even at 82, Michael’s not slowing down—especially when dogs need his help!”
• “One wall, six days, 84 miles… and a whole lot of love for German Shepherds.”
• “Walking boots on, marathon spirit strong—every step is for the dogs.”
• “Proof that age is just a number (and dogs are worth every mile).”
• “Training for his next marathon… with a little help from Hadrian’s Wall!”
