This October in memory of my son Oliver who died from sudep in 2022 aged 31, I’m taking part in My Way to 5K to support SUDEP Action and help raise awareness of epilepsy and SUDEP. I’ve chosen to take on 5K my way so from the 1st to the 21st of October I will be doing 105k walk which will be an average of 5K every day. By taking part and fundraising, I’m helping support vital research, specialist services and work to prevent epilepsy-related deaths.
