Story
Your 5K. Your way. Your chance to make a difference.
This October, join people across the UK for My Way to 5K, a flexible fundraising challenge supporting SUDEP Action - the UK’s leading charity dedicated to preventing epilepsy-related deaths and supporting families affected by them.
Whether you run, walk, wheel, cycle, swim, dance, hike or create your own challenge, there’s a way for everyone to take part. In the lead-up to SUDEP Action Day, your challenge can help raise vital awareness of epilepsy-related deaths and SUDEP.
Why Your 5K Matters
Around 1 in 100 people in the UK live with epilepsy, and families face the devastating reality of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP) every day.
By taking on My Way to 5K, you can help:
• Raise crucial awareness of epilepsy and SUDEP risks ahead of SUDEP Action Day.
• Fund life-saving research and specialist support services.
• Empower families and individuals living with epilepsy across the country.
• Help drive a national movement to prevent future deaths.
